Think of an anniversary as less of a retrospect and more as an opportunity to gaze into the future. Tallahassee will soon celebrate 200 years as Florida’s Capital City and now is the time to chart a course for the century that lies ahead.

Who will we become? What will our community look like? How should people think of us? These are the questions our citizens must consider as we stand on the verge of a new era.

Now is the time to declare our ambitions. 2024 is a blank page in our history and we can write the next chapter however we see fit. Our bicentennial is the beginning of something big. It’s time to tell the world who we aspire to be.
